Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Goldhush worked in the engineering department at Underwriter's Laboratories, and in the Low End Systems group within Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC). As a Product Manager at DEC, Mr. Goldhush acquired considerable familiarity with various technologies associated with computer systems, including power and packaging, semiconductors, software, networking, and graphics subsystems, as well as with the business aspects of manufacturing, vendor relationships, and licensing. Mr. Goldhush also has considerable experience working with automotive and marine technologies and systems.

Since being a registered attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Mr. Goldhush has acquired significant experience in all aspects of Intellectual Property practice, including patent prosecution, opinions, trademark practice, E-commerce issues, and corporate intellectual property protection programs. As technology and the law has developed and continues to develop in the areas of networking and the Internet, software patenting, and E-commerce, Mr. Goldhush has advised many clients on the state of the law, and how the law can be used to promote and protect business interests.
