Eric Snustad is a member of Fredrikson & Byron's Intellectual Property and Litigation Groups. While Eric focuses on the prosecution of patents and trademarks, he also renders advice regarding their ultimate utilization and management. Eric has been involved in analyzing the potential impact of antitrust law on various patent licensing matters. Finally, Eric has a particular interest in the resolution of intellectual property disputes through the various processes of alternative dispute resolution.
