Bill's practice focuses on biotechnical and pharmaceutical patent prosecution.  He also has extensive experience in domestic and foreign patenting of biomedical devices and a broad variety of mechanical inventions.  Bill's practice includes trademark and copyright registrations, the preparation of validity and infringement opinions, technology transfer agreements and litigation support. Bill holds a Bachelors degree in biology and economics and a Masters of Science degree in molecular genetics, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.  He is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Bill is a member of the Atlanta and American Bar Associations, the Intellectual Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Intellectual Property Law Association and Georgia Biomedical Partnership.
